Custom Stainless Steel Laser Cut Parts

Start with your drawing, material and sheet thickness. Define the outer profile, holes, slots and critical dimensions for review.

The cutting contour is the starting point.

Flat parts are defined by their outer profile and internal features. The finished drawing should explain how the cut part will fit into your assembly.

Profiles, holes & cutouts

Describe the outer profile, holes, slots and cutouts. Identify feature positions critical to assembly, rather than relying on an overall envelope alone.

Sheet material & cut edges

Specify the stainless steel grade and sheet thickness. Include requirements for burrs, edge treatment, cosmetic surfaces and protective film.

Ultra-thin sheet laser cutting

We laser cut ultra-thin sheet for custom shims, stencil profiles and delicate flat components. Specify the material grade, exact thickness, smallest holes or slots, flatness, burr limits and surface condition. Thickness and feature feasibility are confirmed during drawing review.

CNC features after cutting

Threads, precision-machined holes and mating surfaces may need supporting machining. Mark these separately so the quotation covers the finished part.

Drawing review for flat parts

A clean DXF and a dimensioned drawing are useful together. Eligible simple flat contours can be previewed in 3D after material, units, thickness and geometry are confirmed.
