What the inquiry records

The inquiry stores your contact information, procurement requirements, original drawing and any confirmed preview parameters. Drawings are kept separately from public website content.

Automated drawing review

When automatic image or PDF reading is enabled, the submitted document is sent to OpenAI for processing. A preview supports technical communication; it is reviewed before use in production.

Access and retention

The development system restricts drawing access to the uploader and authorized reviewers. The operating company must define retention, deletion requests and its privacy contact before launch.
